柴油加氢装置裂化改造运行分析

摘要: 在当前柴油产能过剩柴油消费市场需求日斩饱和的形势下,镇海炼化对现有两套 3.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置进行裂化改质升级改造。 通过装填部分裂化剂及其他一系列配套改造措施,使改造后的石脑油收率分别提高 3% ~10%,整体降低公司柴汽比 0.13%,提高了炼厂经济效益,为同类装置提供了改造方向及经验总结

Abstract: In the current situation of excess diesel capacity and increasingly saturated market demand for diesel, SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company modified its two existing 3.0 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation units for cracking upgrading. By loading some cracking catalysts and taking a series of supporting modification measures, the naphtha yield after modification is increased by 3% to 10% respectively, and the diesel-gasoline ratio of the company is reduced by 0.13%, which improves the economic benefits of the refinery and provides direction and experience for modification of similar units.
